This site is a static landing page. We do not have forms. We do not ask you to sign up. We do not gate any content behind email capture. There is no account system.

Skills published in this marketplace are MIT-licensed open source. When you install one, it is copied into your local AI agent environment (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, or similar). The skill runs entirely on your side. We do not receive your conversation, your data, your audit answers, or your scores.
If you use a skill to audit a dealership and the skill produces a report, that report exists only inside your AI agent session. We do not see it. We do not store it. If you choose to share a result with us by emailing it, then it becomes covered by the section below.
If you email ariel@tutecnologia.com or any other Dealer AI Guy or Dealer Growth Hackers address, we receive your email content, your email address, and any attachments you send. We use that information only to respond to you and follow up on the inquiry. We do not add you to a marketing list without your explicit consent.
This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under privacy laws like GDPR, CCPA, or state-specific laws to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you.
Because we do not maintain an account database for this site and the analytics we use are anonymized, in most cases we do not hold personal information about you. Dealeraiskills.com is served from Cloudflare with TLS 1.3 encryption. The GitHub repo is public by design. The skills themselves are open source.
We follow reasonable practices to secure any email correspondence you send us. We are not a financial institution and do not handle customer financial information through this property. If you handle dealer customer information using one of our skills inside your own AI agent, you are responsible for complying with the FTC Safeguards Rule and any other applicable regulations on that data.
If we change this policy, the "Last updated" date at the top will change. Material changes will also be flagged on the landing page for a reasonable period.
