What we offer

Dealer AI Skills is a marketplace of installable, vendor-neutral AI agent skills for car dealers. The skills are open source under the MIT license. The site is informational. Nothing on the site or in any skill constitutes legal, financial, tax, compliance, or investment advice.

The skills published in this marketplace are licensed under the MIT License. You can read the full license at github.com/arielcoro/dealer-ai-skills/blob/main/LICENSE.

Plain English summary: you can use, copy, modify, distribute, and sublicense the skills. You must keep the copyright and license notice in any copy you distribute. The skills are provided "as is" without warranty.

Site content

The non-skill content on dealeraiskills.com (the landing page, the documentation, the brand assets, the Dealer AI Readiness Audit framework as a methodology) is copyright Ariel Coro / Tu Tecnologia LLC. You may quote and link with attribution. You may not republish the framework or branded materials as your own work.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site and the skills lawfully. Specifically, you agree not to:

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, that the site is free of viruses or other harmful components, or that the skills will produce specific results.

The Dealer AI Readiness Audit and any other diagnostic skill produces directional guidance based on the dealership information you provide to your AI agent. Results are estimates, not professional opinions. You are responsible for verifying any findings before acting on them.

No legal, financial, or compliance advice

Sections of the Dealer AI Readiness Audit reference the FTC Safeguards Rule, OFAC, state AI laws including the Colorado AI Act, adverse action requirements, and other consumer protection statutes. These references are operational checklists, not compliance opinions. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney, compliance officer, or licensed financial professional. Before acting on any finding that touches a legal, regulatory, or financial matter, consult an appropriate professional.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ariel Coro, Tu Tecnologia LLC, Dealer Growth Hackers, Dealer AI Guy, and any related affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the site or the skills.
